Orders & Payment

Shipping

Free standard shipping is available worldwide. Estimated delivery is 5–9 business days in the US. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon handover to the carrier.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in original condition. Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days of receiving the return.

Warranty

Every R36S console includes a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, or unauthorized modifications.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, R36S Retro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or website.
